We extract crystal-clear artesian water from our private well at a depth of 180 meters.
Alcohol from selected wheat
To obtain the distillate, we use only selected wheat of valuable varieties. Experts blindly compare each batch of alcohol with a reference sample.

Soft purification of the blend

STEP 3
We leave our vodka to mature in steel containers for 10 days before bottling it to achieve a harmonious soft taste and clear odour.
Artesian water is gently purified from natural impurities using a sand filter and then enriched with oxygen at an aeration unit.
Results
TCHAIKOVSKY vodka has a harmonious, soft taste with a slight sweetness.

Fill a tall highball glass to the top with ice cubes. Combine in a shaker tomato juice, vodka and lemon juice. Add Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to your liking. Add ice cubes and shake.
Carefully pour the drink through a strainer into a glass and garnish with a celery stalk.

Pour vodka, simple syrup and lemon juice into a shaker, then add ice and shake well. Pour the drink through a strainer into a wine bowl and add dry sparkling wine. Garnish the cocktail with a sprig of rosemary.
